Bubble Wands and Mix

What You’ll Need:

• scissors
• plastic lid
• hole punch
• tacky craft glue
• ice-cream sticks
• plastic berry basket
• plastic spice-jar insert with holes
• acrylic paints
• clean plastic jar
• 1/2 cup liquid soap
• 1/2 cup water

 

How to Make It:

1. To make a wand, cut a shape from a plastic lid and add holes with a hole punch. Using tacky craft glue, glue the end of an ice-cream stick to the shape as a handle. Let the glue dry.

2. Make other types of wands by cutting a section from a plastic berry basket, or use a plastic spice-jar insert with holes and glue an ice-cream stick to it. Let the glue dry.

3. Using acrylic paints, decorate a clean plastic jar that has a wide opening and a twist-on lid. Let the paint dry.

4. In the jar, mix together 1/2 cup of liquid soap and 1/2 cup of water. Dip a wand in the bubble mix and gently blow.
