Purim Noisemaker

What You’ll Need:

• plastic container with twist-on lid
• unsharpened pencil
• masking tape
• dried beans
• glue
• colored paper

How to Make It:

1. With an adult’s help, poke a small hole in the twist-on lid of a plastic container.

2. Push an unsharpened pencil through the hole. Use plenty of masking tape to secure the pencil on both sides on the lid.

3. Put a handful of dried beans into the container, then twist on the lid.

4. Decorate your noisemaker by gluing on bits of colored paper, then shake it!
